NOVA turns complex agent orchestration into interfaces that teams trust every day. As a Staff Product Designer, you will shape how people brief, supervise and audit autonomous agents across the entire workspace.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end design for core workspace surfaces, from agent briefing to execution audit trails.
Turn complex system states into clear, calm interfaces that non-technical teams can act on.
Build and evolve the NOVA design system alongside engineering.
Run research with enterprise customers and turn insights into roadmap decisions.
Requirements
8+ years designing complex B2B or developer-facing products.
A portfolio showing systems thinking, interaction detail and shipped work.
Comfort prototyping in code or high-fidelity tools.
Experience leading design across multiple teams without direct authority.
